Our B&B


Plan your Berkshire County vacation at Sunset Farm B&B. Our rural setting invites you to slow down, relax and enjoy the many attractions that the Berkshires offer.


The Hale family welcomes you to our farmhouse B&B.  We look forward to having you stay in any of our five bedrooms.  Their furnishings, some from one of the first Shaker settlements in America, haven't changed much for over a hundred years.  Hand sewn quilts invite you to snuggle in for a night or more in the Berkshires.

In the Afternoon

Join the Hales for an informal cup of tea or a cocktail from 4:00 to 4:30 before you leave to dine at one of the many restaurants within a few miles of the farm.


Upon returning from your evening out in the Berkshires, enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa from the kitchen.  Don't forget to reach into Aunt Alice's bottomless cookie jar for a treat.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

For early risers, coffee and tea are available starting at 7:30 a.m.

Enjoy a hearty family style breakfast of fresh eggs from our own chickens, fresh baked muffins and pancakes served with maple syrup made on the farm.  If you want a simpler breakfast, we have cereal and fruit.  Let us know if you have special dietary needs when you reserve your room.

Policies

Our rates are per night double occupancy and include breakfast.


We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, money orders, cash and checks.


Reservation are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.  Deposits are refundable minus a $20 fee if we receive your cancellation at least fourteen days prior to your scheduled arrival.  Any cancellation received after fourteen days prior to your arrival will receive a refund minus a $20 fee only if we are able to rebook your room.


Check in time is 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.


Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas only.
